Beef Jerky Marinade

Ingredients (good to cover 5lbs of sliced meat):
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp Worcetstershire sauce
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp red pepper flake (optional)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour over sliced meat. Make sure meat is coated in sauce.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. I prefer to let the meat marinate overnight.
