Bacon and Egg Poppers

Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 12 slices bacon, chopped into bits
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2oz sundried tomato, finely chopped
- 3oz feta cheese
- smoked paprika
- dried oregano
- salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F. Oil muffin tin with oil of choice.
- In each well put bacon bits, onion, garlic and sun dried tomatoes.
- Crack on egg into each well.
- Sprinkle each poppers with feta cheese, smoked paprika, dried oregano and salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until egg is fully cooked through.
