Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 4 scoops Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Water
- 8-10 chopped Dates
- 1 bar Dark Chocolate, melted
Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix together the peanut butter, almond flour, chia seeds, protein poweder and honey.
- Slowly add in water, stirring consistently. Add enough water that the mixture comes together like a dough.
- Cover an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly throughout pan and refrigerate for 1 hr.
- After the bars have firmed up, sprinkle chopped dates over the top then cover with melted dark chocolate. Return to fridge for 30 mins or until choclate has hardened.
- After the chocolate has hardened, slice block into 12 bars and enjoy! Bars should be refrigerated to keep their firmness.
