Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Servings: 6-7 servings (2 balls per serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 scoops Mint Chocolate Protein Powder OR 3 tbsp cocoa powder with 1 tsp min extract
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper. Use your hands to form balls from the mixture, using about 2tbsp of "dough". Lay out the balls on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours while the balls firm up.
- Remove from baking sheet and enjoy! You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
